At Theater, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include any promotional inserts or accessories that came with your order.

Attach the Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our quality team inspects the return.
